Description:

The equipment is mainly used for polishing stainless steel tank , cylinder , cone , dish head etc . The inner and outer walls grinding and polishing.Machine consists of cross hosts, standard polishing head, electric control system, pneumatic system and dish head rotaring table, tank turing roll.

The workpiece range requirements:

① workpiece diameter range: φ600mm ~ φ 3500mm;
② horizontal polishing length: ≤3000mm (turn around can reach 4000mm)
③ Thickness:3-16mm
④ Final surface roughness:Ra0.2 Mirror finish(Through surface friction many times)
